Chocolates & Christmas

It was 2006 since I made my own version of Choco Crispies for my entrepreneur class. Weeks ago I’ve thought, why not make another batch of Choco Crispies and give them as gifts? :) Perfect Idea! 

Bought almost 20 kilos of raw chocolate bars. 10 white chocolates, 10 kilos of dark bittersweet and bags and bags of rice crispies.  

I had to ask my Ate’s to do the shaving cause I have the tendency to eat those shaved chocolates, especially the white ones! 

And I did the rest of the process. This is really tiring, yet fun!

I really mess up the kitchen corner whenever I make chocolates. Makalat talaga ako. Haha!

These are my first batch. Tried to put on shavings on top, but they look kinda weird, so I opted to used sprinkles, mini mallows and choco droplets instead.

Tried to fit in 16 cups in one box. Just have to put those christmas cards and they’re good to go! :) 

Look at that cute Choco Crispies!! Hihi! Already made 30-40 boxes of ‘em. Wait for one at your doorstep! :)
